Completely inaccurate statement when context is considered. Ukraine is trying to separate from a hostile power (russia). China provides NK cover and has no intention to invade NK and claim it as "ethnic China" as Russia tries to do with Ukraine.

Apples and oranges.

NK would be wise to let China manage any civilian nuke program (medical/electricity) and end military nuke programs or that country will collapse, courtesy of DJT.
