Yup, 23 years "should be" a SCPO by now. I wouldn't count on making 24. Will be very lucky if he isn't busted down and given an OTH.

It's a shame. Who cares what he does in his private life? If he serves the country with honor and does his job I don't care who he fricks or how many times he films it.
But it's perfectly fine to have transgendered freaks in the military
