I know the military UCMJ is quite strict against AD members activities, such as political protesting and so on but is there something that says you can't have a PT job? I don't think he promoted himself as a SEAL in the porn movies, did he?

Yup, 23 years "should be" a SCPO by now. I wouldn't count on making 24. Will be very lucky if he isn't busted down and given an OTH.
