It was not the votes at the booths, it was public sentiment towards Hilldawg due to leaked emails etc. that cost her votes at the booth. Trump should have turned the narrative back to the MSM/DNC meddling to get HRC elected.

So, all of that information in those emails that the public was able to see, you are arguing that we shouldn't have seen them?
ETA That is if you assume there was a Wiki/Putin/Trump connection.
But the ongoing FBI investigations probably hurt less; I'm sure.

It was public sentiment due to Hilldawg being an unlikable bitch and running a campaign whose slogan might as well have been, "It's my turn.". Most voters couldn't tell you what was in those emails.
