I think it's a product of our fricked up, snowflake society. It's natural for humans to want other humans, just because you're married doesn't mean that desire goes away. What it does mean is that you now made a vow to someone else that you wouldn't frick someone else; as you could do previously. It's marriage. You knew what it was when your arse signed up for it.
