Paul needs to do a better job recruiting projected talent, I know it's tough but go get someone that has a track record of being very successful with it then make him your assistant or one of the assistants. It's a huge deal for college baseball, it's not easy but it's very possible. Some people just have an eye for it. Get those guys on your team because that's where it's at. I hope we are more successful in the coming years.

one thing you are missing! you have to build a team - none of these programs are better then us - to be big time you have to have depth. lesser programs give larger scholarships to beat us out on a kid, but use too much to get him. we rely on tops & maybe that instate kid does not qualify
