Are they going to keep releasing single player story content with every DLC? It really seems that way based on the ending of the Resurrection campaign.

My son got this for Christmas on XB1. He completed the campaign; and wants to start with getting 50 kills in each class to unlock Vader.
He has about 10k credits from the campaign that he cannot open. It shows that he completed everything but “to claim hit Y” is greyed out and he is unable to do so.
Is this a glitch? Can anyone help him with this?
