Gameplay can be fantastic, but if the multiplayer lacks significant progression payoff by playing, it will eventually grow stale.
I am not super pissed because I do not buy a ton of games, but I completely understand their pov.

but apparently it has 2000+ hours of progression payoff to unlock everything
