No he won't. It sucked and wasn't handled well..but the fact is that he agreed beforehand to a contract with the airline and refused to follow it.

He'll get a settlement. Airlines don't want you to think too long about the actual terms of the ticket. And they'll pay him at least 5 figures (and maybe six) just to make this go away. A trial would simply be another chance to show the video of a bloodied passenger being dragged from a plane.

As a lawyer, I would love...love...LOVE the opportunity to take the doctor's suit before a jury.

I bet at least 75% of the people didn't know you could be booted due to airlines over booking before this incident
