re: Anybody have a spouse with rheumatoid arthritis?

I avoid processed carbs, sugar, any added sugar, and gluten like it is poison. If I screw up, my body attacks itself. Makes me want to play in traffic. The meds I was given crushed my immune system, but the diet has been as effective. I don't take anything minus Advil now.
