Another vote for Kennebunk and Old Orchard Beach. OOB was overly touristy and maybe a bit of a trashy Jersey Shore vibe but I'd go back just for the pizza by the slice places on the street. I love love love Kennebunk and Kennebunkport.
Sebago Lake is awesome.
My inlaws keep talking about a mailboat run to a little island, I believe there are several.
