Best bet this time of year is to fish KVD 2.5 off the end of piers. You want the tight wobble but you want it deep after the sun comes up. Stick rod down in the water to get it deeper. I'd run down towards the church on the hill (west side) and come back up northward. Fish to north end. You can troll for stripers with deep crank bait and rattle traps and have good success. Go wherever you want for a morning bite then go try the pier and crank bait. Lake is only 7.5 miles long so no place very far from anyplace at all. Make sense? lol good luck. Best looking lake ever saw but very hard fishing. Spent many summers there growing up and some days did not see a boat all day. Bream bite is very good by the way. It may be a little early but you will see once you get there.
