Within 24 hours of the Alton Sterling shooting he was on TV asking the Feds to take over the investigation. He made this request without knowing any facts about the shooting other than what was on a 20 second cell phone video and without any direct control over BRPD. In this case, we have a ton of uncontradicted facts that are know and one of the actors in a position to make a decision as to the parties intent / violation of policy and his office houses elderly affairs which is oversight over the COAs and this type of issue.
