Using old tests, online solutions, ect. isn't cheating in my book. Why would you not use that stuff? If you don't use any material while actually taking the test then it is not cheating. Why would you not use all of your resources to maximize efficiency and being as prepared as possible?
With that being said, I never really cheated. I didn't look at any prohibited material while taking the test because getting caught is not worth it.
