You can use the U.K. for an example in international soccer
The U.K. Doesn't play as a country
England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have their own teams

This is the dumbest idea I've seen in here in a while. And, no, PR is no where close to becoming a state. They can vote all they like to become one but the current 50 states have to allow them in. You think a gov controlled by republicans is going to let a poor liberal controlled island in?
