A friend who was there last night said that the Torchy's bar and standing areas on the stairs were open to anyone, 1st come basis. The field level CF seats require a specific ticket, and I believe the Bud brew deck requires a specific ticket to sit down there, but obviously anyone can buy a beer there.

I believe the area above the batter's eye are the Torchy's Party Deck tickets. It looked absolutely packed last night.
The new field boxes in the OF are for groups and are pretty pricey I think.
I could def see myself on the new party deck quite a bit for some weekend day games this year
