Eat less.

I started at snap fitness about 2 months ago going 4-5 days a week:
I get on the elliptical for 15-18 minutes
Then do 2 sets of 12-15 exhaustion of machines:
chest press, row, bicep,tricep,overhead press, lat pulls, front flys, rear flys, 3 days squats
Eating:
breakfast-oatmeal,cup of coffee
snack-banana
lunch-steamed vegetables and some kettle chips
snack-cheese stick and apple
dinner-usually a meat, a starch and vegetables
