Wait... what? Since when did "the White House", "the administration" and "the President" not mean the same thing? Is the author trying to state that people in the White House are supposed to keep information from the President?
Or is the author doing a piss-poor job of trying to say Nunes shared this info with Trump prior to the election?

Schiff did well to lay it out there- the Administration basically used Nunes to launder supposed information (if said intel wasn't fabricated by the White House to begin with).
