pretty sure a lawyer can't draft or notarize a will where he is a beneficiary, unless close family. This should be easily overturned.

you're creating a document under the guise of an organization you work for, in order to benefit another employee of that organization, for an obscene fee. if this was a private attorney, this situation should create all sorts of very loud warning noises for the attorney, but doing this an attorney who works for the organization very likely being used under fraudulent means?
