Dealers are cutting the heroin with fentanyl. Combining these two substances is a recipe for an overdose. They just don't care.

Which is so stupid on their part. They are losing customers. Rather than making a bigger profit on a diluted sale they should be thinking volume sales.

Business 101 is to develop repeat business. Not a smart move on their part. Killing off your customer base cuts into profits.
