Ours is close to even. We're always about 6 months/1 year separated from making about the same. She makes more, and then I catch up, then she gets a raise and then I catch up 6 mo/1 yr later.

She also works A LOT more hours than I do. She doesn't get paid by the hour, but the sheer amount of time she spends at work is far greater than what I spend.

It's not something I've ever really concerned myself with because we can both support our respective interests with our own income.
