It's a tax increase on top of the tax increase we had last year no matter how you slice it or dice it.
Businesses will pass this on to consumers, and while sales taxes will be lowered overall revenues are to rise. Where will the $$$$ come from? Consumers.

Oh absolutely, but there is a lot of good structural changes and the rate can be fixed to make it not a tax increase.
