No idea what happened to my kids computer but it won't boot up and no power to the USB but it powers on like normal. This thing is a beast with GTX 980, water cooled, etc so I would like to take it to someone who knows wtf they are doing versus Geek Squad.

Can I get some recommendations please??

Geek Squad is terrible. "Oh yeah, we think you have a bad hard drive, but you're going to have to purchase a new hard drive from us before we can test it. If it's not the hard drive, we'll give you a refund!"

if it's not the powersupply then it's the motherboard.. shouldn't cost too much to replace.

Email me @ lsucoyote@gmail.com

Won't respond until after work. In a bad service area until 5-6. But I really do enjoy meeting up with and helping anyone interested in PC gaming. Several ppl here can vouch that I won't leave to you hanging.
