No one knows who half those rappers from Houston are minus Bun B, Pimp C, and Paul Wall. That chopped and screwed horseshite don't get it anywhere outside of Texas. Cash Money owned the airways in those days. Get over it

Geto Boys, Scarface, Bushwick Bill, Willie D, and Rap-a-Lot Records put the whole South on the map.

Houston was the first southern city to gain prominence in hip hop.

Uh what? They were playing Houston rap on radio stations in Iraq when I was there over a decade ago.
