Agreed with all that. I listened to a podcast where they talked about how Spieth has made a point to not think as much anymore on the course, and to try to play a little bit faster. A drill he worked on with his coach, he would take the club back, and then when he reached the top of his swing, his coach would tell him what kind of shot to hit, and he'd have to create that shot in his downswing. Pretty interesting stuff.

we do that all the time here...great fun on the range with friends and family - calling the shot then having to execute after hearing the shot type in the middle of your swing.

Jordan chased distance and it cost him - his is getting back to his old swing that won him 2 majors and nearly a couple of more.

Chasing distance on tour is not always the best gameplan.
