My bad, it was the score lindross rookie, not opeechee. been so long.
Worst beating i knew, was this guy who came into these HS buddies of ours card shop. He bought a shite load of Magic Johnson cards, the minute he announced he had aids, value sky rocketed, he went all in, bought about 20, waiting for Ervin to croak from it, and the card dropped like a rock, after a year or so. Had Magic passed away, those cards would of went to the 1K mark, easily.

I remember my mom, who knew nothing about cards, telling me the same thing. I didn't know much about HIV back then. The only cards I had of him were junk base. Which cards did he buy?
