actually, it could hurt... see, most vitamins are water soluble, and what you don't absorb and use, you just piss out... but A,D,E and K are fat soluble, and don't just get eliminated... over time, it COULD be possible to have adverse effects from those...

Why wouldnt your body use them? What happens if your body doesn't use them, where do they go? What effects could thy have on you?
