you do realize that ONLY protects you from the flu, right? its not a super, covers-all-sickness shot... it will vaccinate you from the flu, if they get the strains right, which most of the time they do...

actually, it could hurt... see, most vitamins are water soluble, and what you don't absorb and use, you just piss out... but A,D,E and K are fat soluble, and don't just get eliminated... over time, it COULD be possible to have adverse effects from those...

Why wouldnt your body use them? What happens if your body doesn't use them, where do they go? What effects could thy have on you?

Technically the average flu shot protects the receiver from 3-5 flu strains. There are usually 7-10 flue strains circulating in the southern parts of the US.
