Keep a top 5 Coach at a school for twenty years that doesn't require the sheer number if recruits football does
Hell, look at Butler with the Celtics coach- and then look now- they upgraded a program.
It happens (rarely) in football- look at the rise of Utah and Louisville from mid-majors to the power 5
