If it were me, I'd try to find out who the woman is. Look her up on facebook to find some friends and family and let them know what's going on. Maybe they can convince her and help get out. I know it's difficult to convince women, but it's well worth the effort. Absolutely nothing wrong with anonymity. Might could even let the man's family/friends know. they might be willing to help him get help.
