I don't know of any other regular posters who've had reductions. I guess I don't pay enough attention.
Some of the admins reduce their counts occasionally. Chicken does whenever he gets too much over 10K

No, I think rocks was the orginal post whore. He would just reply with letters or anything and to every post just to get his post count high.
Dollar Choppa abused the F5 command in an anchored thread and ran his post count up by 35k in one night.
