Huh? The half-assed attempt to gut the ACA just got pulled because Republicans couldn't even do a reconciliation attack on the bill.

Democrats have no reason to concede much of anything TBH. The Democrats have already shown that trying to blame the minority party for the majority party's failings is a losing game in politics.

If they are really cynical they will just play the game Republicans did to Obama, refuse cooperation and then use the failure to gain bi-partisanship as proof of failure to govern effectively for people.

The Republicans have only themselves to blame and Trump will not go unscathed. If they passed the AHCA they would get murdered in 2018. By failing to pass anything they become the party/president that lied and broke their promise to get people better, more affordable healthcare and repeal and replace the ACA.
