re: Cowherd:you're critical of LeBron because you're worried he's better than Michael Jordan

I just feel that MJ's killer instinct made him a better player
LeBron has that too, just not in a meaningless regular season game in February. I can name three instances when he has shown that killer instinct:
1. 2007 ECF Game 5 at Detroit. He scored 48 points and swung the series by himself. Everyone remembers this.
2. 2012 ECF Game 6 at Boston. With Miami down 3-2 in the series, and the entire Heat experiment on the line, he flat out dominated the entire game. He scored 45 points, had 15 rebounds and made Pierce's life miserable.
3. 2016 NBA Finals Game 5 at Golden State. Down 3-1 in the series against a 73 win team, and a crowd booing him at every opportunity, LeBron scored 41 points, had 16 rebounds and sent a very clear message with an emphatic block of a Steph Curry layup that he wasn't fricking around. The Cavs dominated that game and went on to win the series.
If we're gonna say Jordan is better because he had that killer instinct in meaningless late regular season games, theb whatever.
Someone in this thread said LeBron doesn't care or isn't tough. They need to read up on how well he takes care of his body to extend his career.
Jordan never faced a Finals opponent who won 73 games.
