So that means of the 10,000 solved homicides in a given year, half of then can be attributed to illegal immigrants?

And the demographic data suggest indicate that 47% of offenders are black, and 23% are Hispanic.

So given that we know a good portion of the illegal immigrants are Hispanic, and not many are black, then the article really doesn't make sense.
