Multiple DWI offenders are required to get Ignition interlock as a condition of bond. I challenge MADD to go to arraignments and find out how many Judges actually check to see how many second time offenders have actually installed Ignition interlock as required by law.
Often times they say "I don't have a car" those people should be wearing an alcohol monitor on their leg. Just sayin'
