It's hard to argue that the Dallas shooter and BR shooter were not motivated by the BLM movement

Not necessarily absurd, really:
During the standoff, Mr. Johnson, who was black, told police negotiators that “he was upset about Black Lives Matter,” Chief Brown said. “He said he was upset about the recent police shootings. The suspect said he was upset at white people. The suspect stated he wanted to kill white people, especially white officers.”

It DOES, however, seem to me that this is a case of a disturbed individual, just as the subject of this thread.

Racial hatred. But there isn't a well funded grassroots movement advocating these political positions and these actions.

There is a difference between blaming an entire movement and recognizing unreasonable and sometimes extremist elements within that movement that can have negative consequences.
