So is it the City? or the City, backed by Cab Union/companies pushing these regulations?
Here in St.Louis, the Cab companies and Union have strangle hold on city and county. So they continue to fight while uber? works w/o their wishes.
The fricked up thing, is that Cabbies in St.Louis are f'in horrible. They will choose at the last minute not to pick you up, they are harder to find. It's silly.
