Everyone now knows George O'Leary didn't play, but Notre Dame also hired Charlie Weis.
Dennis Franchione (Bama/A&M), Ole Miss hired Freeze & Cutcliff, like Mike Leach also didn't play in college either. I'm sure there are others.
