CenturyLink doubling in size and moving people in from all over the nation. This has caused Sterlington to be primo real estate. A couple of years ago, houses were going 40-50K over appraisal every day.

Holy shite, must be an OT Baller here. Granted that day to cost of living is probably comparable to the rest of the ARKLATEX but damn the cost of nice homes. I could buy way more home down here in Houston.
