If anyone has connections, please urge the lsu brass to get a raise for this guy who is invaluable to our program. Word is many schools are looking into him, but the biggest threat is the NFL. LSU is seemingly set on underpaying him and letting him walk sooner than later.

He was hired in 2013 and the program went to shite. Not a coincidence.

Utterly ridiculous he is not making serious money. He is one of the most invaluable people at the university.

Pretty sure he makes in the bottom 4th of the SEC or worse, while basically being our GM. He single-handedly got us 5* Jacoby Stevens last year amongst other guys. Pretty sure he makes in the $120-150k range with many more duties since he came back.

He makes less than Ponamsky. That's all you need to know. Pay this man!

if he leaves for the NFL then no one should be mad. At this point how much more can he move up in the ranks at the college level without being an on field coach. In the NFL he could eventually make it to become a GM and make serious coin.

You're not understanding. It's been understood that his goal is the nfl and eventually be there, but we're leaving him out there to be taken sooner by underpaying. This has been made blatantly clear by people in the know.

I think they took care of him when they brought him back from USC.
I don't know if you can fight off the NFL if someone really wants him.

Apparantly, they brought him back but added new roles, including him recruiting for jenkins on the road. They still won't up his pay with all the added duties.

They should name him assistant athletic director and groom him to take Allevas job.
