I have an Academy Special pot that's 12 years old. When it croaks I'm getting either an 80 or 100 quart rocket pot.
I have a 32 jet natural gas burner that I'm pretty happy with, it's quiet, I don't have to go out and buy propane and I never run out. That said, I boiled a ton a crawfish with a single jet and I don't thing you need anything more than that.
