Depends on budget, the minimum I would go with is:
Pot: Aluminum 100qt (Academy has them)
Burner: Double jet Burner
Regulator: min 20psi
ETA: Double jet burner with 20psi reg and 100qt pot should run you under $200

Really 100 qt minimum?
I get by with an 80qt just fine.
Double jet burners you can find on Amazon for less than $50.
