Try Ceadercrest, Meadow Bend, Kingcrest, West River Oaks, Ponderosa, Ardenwood (near Lady of Mercy), Ogden Park (near BR Magnet) or Old Jefferson. Sherwood and Broadmoor might have some in that price range too. I would honestly try to swing for Broadmoor since there are starting to be some pretty big renovations in there and the houses are pretty well built.
