Isn't that the way everything works?

We require inspection stickers because same assholes don't maintain their cars.

We require insurance because some assholes don't account for their imperfections.

We have strict DUI laws because some people don't know when.


Granted, all of these apply to cars and not bikes, because bikes are above the law.
