I don't care about the Giants one way or the other but they do seem to be the team with 3 championships in 5 years that got a lot less national press than anybody similar.
That probably has to do with the horrid years in between and them being on the West Coast. It doesn't seem like MLB promotes the West Coast teams as well as the other sports. Golden State gets as much pub as anybody but the Giants or Dodgers seem like an afterthought until the playoffs

The Brandon's are players who do not get their deserved attention as well
Brandon Crawford is an amazing SS defensively
