What can the cops do about it, seriously. How in the world could they catch who did it. Even if you have video, it is very unlikely. Even more likely that the cops don't care at all.

it took them 25 minutes to get to Govt street for a rape victim. How long do you think it will take them to get to a dead dog?
I'd call AC. They'll be the lead on any investigation into a dog fighting ring. BRPD is busy making sure our cars meet the rigorous safety standards of the state.
