To many fans overreact one way or another. We either suck or we can do no wrong in some fans eyes.

The reality is:
We have inconsistent bats at this time. (Plenty of time for that to change) (last night was fun for the offense)
Lange and bullpen also inconsistent (plenty of time for that to change)

The biggest reality of it all:
We are 1-0 in the SEC and should start 3-0 against a bad GA team.

Long season and we are a better than avg team. With a chance to be a lot better.

The reality is that in virtually every sport discussed on here, there is a near- sighted view that LSU is as good/bad as the last game they played. And it's maddening to watch the roller coaster of posts on here about baseball because there is a game almost every day.

Reality is that we aren't going to score more than 9 runs against most SEC Friday pitching, so Lange better get it together quick

UGA is a historically bad SEC team

I don't follow the day in/day out of baseball like most on the rant. But, it seems that about this time every year everyone complains that Mainieri is tinkering too much which causes losses that shouldn't happen. Then, once he gets the lineup and field positions settled, the kids respond with a strong finish. Baseball season is long and people just need to try to excercise some patience. Tough I know with the rabid fanbase.

I agree. However, you have to voice your concerns sometimes. It's pretty scary to be losing as many mid week games as we are. Lange doesn't look good. Our pitching staff is depleted so we need more production there. Just typical stuff that needs to be addressed to keep improving. That's all
