I linked to the actual source where he was supposed to make those claims. If he said it in the magazine then please provide actual proof. Go ahead; I linked the site for you.

I am conservative, too, and I agree with him. Soros didn't say it. Now, that might very well be his agenda, but he would never say it out in the open for everybody to see. I looked and could not find a single credible source with this as his quote.
FWIW, I agree about Snopes. It definitely cannot be trusted.
