Every time a thread likes this pops up, I'm reminded of a guy in Gainesville the UF student newspaper dubbed the "Mobile Masturbator". Dude would cruise campus in his old arse Jeep Comanche pickup (this was in 2009) jacking it to sorority girls walking/jogging around campus

They arrest someone every few years that does the same thing around the lsu lakes
