Really, dude, you've pushing it. Parents choose what they think is best for their kids, and I'd far rather see parents trying to protect their kids (even if I think this particular issue is really, really silly) than be apathetic. Calling out his parenting without evidence he's a bad parent is kind of out of line. I'd let my kids see it without a single qualm. He has a problem with it. Both are examples of parents making the choices they feel comfortable with. I won't defend his perspective. I think it's wrong. But so long as I believe he's sincerely trying to do what's best for his kids, I'll defend his right to have it.
