FX2 Package In 2004, Ford introduced the FX2 package in response to customer demand for the popular FX package on a two-wheel-drive truck. The four-wheel-drive FX4 package sold well, due largely to its street presence -- a presence that didn't require the extra weight, complexity, cost or loss of fuel economy that comes with four-wheel drive. On the 2013 F-150, the FX4 package comes standard with the 400A equipment group.
